Election to Approve 2019 Meeting Minutes Coming Soon!
Thanks to everyone who attended the 2020 AORE Virtual Conference. The AORE Board hopes you have left with learning that has impacted you both professionally and personally from the diverse and relevant sessions offered this year. We also want to thank those of you who attended the Town Hall Meetings and Annual Business Meeting to learn more about our organization. We appreciate everyone's willingness to adapt to an online format for these traditionally in person meetings, specifically as it related to your vote to approve a special rule for the 2020 Annual Business Meeting whereby any motion at the meeting would be conducted later using an online voting platform. We ask that you take a moment to vote to approve the minutes from the 2019 Annual Business Meeting as a member who is eligible to vote. Our bylaws define voting members as Student Professional and Professional members who have paid their dues for their current membership cycle. Approving past meeting minutes is required as per Roberts Rules of Order. Should you feel that you are not informed enough on this issue to cast a vote, you may abstain. Our bylaws define voting members as Student Professional and Professional members who have paid their dues for their current membership cycle. The voting period will run from November 23 to December 7 (2 weeks).
