AORE Actively Supports Outdoor Facilitators Through Programming

We’ve learned that everyone likes to learn in their own way. To aid in this we’ve worked hard to expand how outdoor facilitators can access great content.  Let’s dive a little deeper in the three biggest ways we do this - virtual programming, our annual Inclusive Summit, and the Outdoor Professional Conference.

It’s also necessary to note:  Now for that deeper dive….

VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING
We work to provide valuable content to our members through our benefits, including virtual education and professional development. We bring speakers from all over the world to speak on topics you’ve requested through surveys and conversations with us. Our virtual programming has live sessions, recordings from our live sessions, and on demand courses you can check out.

INCLUSIVE SUMMIT
AORE hosts an annual inclusive summit to provide attendees with a wider recognition of exclusionary practices within outdoor recreation and education and to help them gain better understanding of how they can actively work to make change as leaders in the industry. This program is designed for people who facilitate outdoor recreation and education programs - whether they guide, train or simply encourage people to get outdoors.
