CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE PACKAGE

Access to all session recordings and resources would be available for the week of the conference and for TWO-WEEKS after the conference only. This package permits ONE (1) live login during the conference.

Have a group, class, military unit or multiple colleagues interested in attending together? Invest in ten (10) Conference Experience packages and we will upgrade one of the tickets to a Conference Extended package. All ten individuals can attend the conference live and a single user can then share the full education recordings with the group through June 2021!

CONFERENCE EXTENDED PACKAGE

Access to all session recordings and resources would be available for the week of the conference through June 1, 2021, with permission to use recordings directly from our platform in classrooms and businesses (not for commercial use or for profit). This package permits ONE (1) live login during the conference. Recorded pieces can be shared with an individual's school, organization or company post-event.

PRE/POST CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

Pre and Post Conference Workshops give attendees a one-stop shop for industry training and certification renewals. These workshop, held before and after the conference, add to the many perks of attending the conference. Note: Conference attendance is not required to participate in conference workshops.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND NOTICE & WAIVER

CANCELLATION AND REFUND: All conference participant refund requests must be made in writing to the AORE National Office. If you cancel your registration prior to September 30, 2020, the AORE will retain 10% of the total registration fee. 25% of the total registration fee will be retained by AORE for all cancellations from October 1 - October 23, 2020. There will be no refunds on or after October 24, 2020. Registration fees are not transferable to future years or any other person outside your organization. There are no refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. AORE reserves the right to change the conference schedule and program offerings prior to and/or during the conference period.

WAVIER: I am aware that participation in the 2020 AORE Annual Conference (hereafter referred to as AORE 2020) may involve participation in which sessions will be recorded. I grant AORE, its representatives and employees the right to take video, photograph and/or audio of me and my property in connection with AORE 2020. I authorize AORE, its assignees and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. I agree that AORE may use such video, photographs and/or audio of me with or without my name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
